How Do I Know If Working with a Health Coach is Right For Me?

I feel you in that struggle. I have been “dieting” on and off for decades – since I was 13 – and there’s one thing I know now that I wish I had known years ago: if you are just looking to lose weight but not make any lasting lifestyle changes, you’ll struggle with your weight forever.  

You see, dieting is hard, because finding the willpower to deprive ourselves of the things we want is hard, especially when those things are almost always in our mind’s eye, either in our homes, in the stores, on tv commercials, or as we drive by (and then drive through).
